Let me introduce

Melissa Lindsay – Ontario Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I live and work on unceded Anishinaabe and Algonquin land, more commonly known to settlers as Muskoka and the Madawaska Valley Ontario.

I offer in person therapeutic opportunities in Muskoka, Pembroke & Killaloe as well as virtual sessions for Ontario residents.

I believe in both structured and unstructured therapeutic opportunities, so if traditional therapy isn't for you, I am open to creative approach's that make your support meaningful.

Therapy doesn't have to be scary. If we connect, we can collaborate to make your sessions beneficial for your specific needs and your style.

Connection Call

Set aside 15 minutes to meet virtually or over the phone and ask any questions you may have about me or my approach to therapy.  This is a no strings attached call intended to see if we have a strong enough connection for you to trust my support.

Book your session

Book your first virtual or in person session.  Our first few sessions together are for us to get to know each other and for you to discuss what is most urgent or on your mind and any headlines from your past that you want to share with me.

What are we doing today?

Client centered therapy invites you to be an active participant in your sessions.  If you aren’t sure what you want to do or say, we can work together through mindful and creative art techniques to explore what you might be needing.  I can offer insight, listen, help you process the past and create goals for your future.
